Hours of Operation : Closed Monday & Tuesday; Wednesday & Thursday 4-9 pm; Friday & Saturday 4-10 pm and Sunday 10 am-2 pm

Tolon is Fort Wayne's first farm to table restaurant locally owned by Chef Matthew Nolot. Tolon focuses on bringing the freshest quality ingredients to our guests from local farmers along with local spirits & brews. We offer guests an upscale dining experience that brings the best of the season with a strong focus on guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
  • Service of food and / or beverage to include the order-taking, delivery and clearing of any food and / or beverage items
  • Caring for guests’ needs during their dining experience
  • Knowledgeable of our brunch and dinner menu
  • Accommodate for guest specific dietary needs
  • Communicating guest needs to appropriate management staff when needed

Requirements

  • MUST be of the age of 19 to obtain state-required liquor license
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds
  • MUST be able to work weekends including Friday, Saturday & Sunday
