About The Position

Aunt Martha's Health & Wellness -

  • Full Time
  • Friday | One Half-Day Saturday per Month | 10 Hour Shifts 4 Days per Week or 8 Hour Shifts 5 Days per Week
  • Employed

    • Additional Info : Position will spend two days at Chicago Heights location, two days at South Holland, and the remaining week day will be telemedicine.

  • 10 Hour Shifts 4 Days per Week or 8 Hour Shifts 5 Days per Week
  • Provide continuous, comprehensive primary care for infants, children, youth, and adults according to current standards of care
  • Make diagnoses and prescribe medication as necessary
