All new hires must pass a week of training where you will learn and test out on our modality. When you work as one of our certified stretch practitioners, you offer clients a comfortable, effective experience that boosts energy, enhances mental clarity, and improves overall wellness.

Ideal position for Healthcare workers, Personal Trainers, Fitness Instructors, and Athletic Trainers.

On the Job Training & Certification:
Must be available to attend and pass a local 5-day Certification.
Upcoming stretch training dates: March/April TBD.
Must attend all 5 days and 40 hours, 2 days are consecutive and in person.

Compensation/Perks:

• $18 to $22 Hourly plus potential for commission on renewals
• Work more than 30 hrs and can receive a weekly practitioner-assisted stretch

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Utilize techniques available through the Stretch Zone Methodology (SZM).
• Provides our members with excellent customer service.
• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions.
• Encourage and motivate members throughout stretch sessions.
• Keep members on schedule with their programs/goals.
• Partner with the management team to provide outstanding service.
• Build Stretch Zone membership and retain current clientele.
