Position Summary :   The Chief CRNA will lead anesthesia services across three ophthalmology centers in Florida. This role blends clinical expertise with strategic leadership, ensuring safe and efficient anesthesia care for ophthalmic procedures. The Chief CRNA will oversee departmental operations, staff management, and quality assurance while maintaining limited clinical responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Administration :

• Direct patient care of 32 hours per week, Monday- Thursday and must include one clinical shift per location per month.
• Direct and manage anesthesia services across Sebring, Gainesville, and Tampa locations.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for ophthalmic anesthesia.
• Oversee staffing and performance evaluations of CRNA personnel.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and accreditation standards.
• Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation.
