Requirements :

  • 2 years experience required
  • Willingness to expand on current skill level with additional training
  • Open to training and constructive feedback
  • Strong clinical communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently consistently and be a leader for their team
  • Confident and friendly approach when working with patients
  • US DMD / DDS. Licensed to practice in VT or willingness to obtain.
  • Invisalign certified a plus.

  • FFS and some PPO
  • Competitive compensation based on % of collections or daily guarantee whichever is higher
