As a part of our Internal Float Pool, you will gain exposure to various departments, including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU. Hours : 36 hours per week

Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25

What You’ll Do :

• Float between Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Quickly adapt to workflow changes while maintaining clinical excellence.
• Participate in professional development and maintain a comprehensive understanding of evidence-based practices.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).
• Flexibility to schedule shifts, including 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, and 1 weekend per 6-week cycle.

Training & Skills You'll Gain :

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS).
• IV Ultrasound skills.
• Cross-training for Charge Nurse responsibilities.
