A company is looking for a Business Process Analyst responsible for supporting corporate travel operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the User Support Service Desk and evaluate service desk requests for business enhancements
Collaborate with Operations leadership to address agent productivity and process issues
Participate in client implementations and ensure quality control and reporting processes are followed
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in travel operations and / or travel industry experience
Practical expertise in at least two GDS systems, such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport Plus / Galileo
Competence with technical environments and corporate travel industry standards
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and maintain positive relationships
