A company is looking for a Patient Care Representative to support the Enteral Nutrition department by processing patient refill requests and ensuring accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls regarding nutrition therapy order status

Process prescription changes and triage calls to various departments

Verify patient demographics and insurance information for accurate shipments

Required Qualifications

Minimum one year experience in a customer service environment

Experience with data entry

Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word

High School diploma or GED
