The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design and management of complex civil engineering projects from conception to completion. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Design & Management:
• • Lead the design and planning of various civil engineering projects, including [e.g., grading, drainage, utilities, roadways, etc.].
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Use advanced design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D to create detailed engineering plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Compliance & Technical Oversight:
• • Ensure all project designs comply with local, state, and federal codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Perform complex calculations, analysis, and quality control reviews.
  • Prepare and seal engineering drawings and documents, taking professional responsibility for the work.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• • Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and public agencies to secure project approvals.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and project updates to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program is required.
• Licensing: A current and active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of [Your State] is a must.
