MRI Technologist Position Summary

We are seeking skilled MRI Technologists to perform high-quality MRI / MRA procedures, provide patient-centered care, and support diagnostic teams across several hospital sites. Technologists will work independently, assist with special procedures, and maintain strict adherence to MRI safety standards. This is a direct patient-care role requiring professionalism, critical thinking, and strong communication.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine MRI and MRA studies following established protocols

Assist physicians during diagnostic and specialty procedures, including sterile technique

Ensure patient safety and comfort using AIDET communication and best practices

Optimize imaging protocols to improve quality and workflow efficiency

Complete accurate documentation and charging at time of service

Perform weekly QC checks and ensure equipment is in proper working condition

Respond promptly to patient needs and potential complications

Support department goals and participate in continuous improvement (LEAN, WASTE walks)

Maintain compliance with all safety policies, including MRI zone management
