Hales AC is a fast-growing HVAC company serving the St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay area, and we’re looking for a Warehouse Assistant who thrives in a high-energy, hands-on role. This role is based out of our St Petersburg location at 4700 95th St N, St Petersburg.

What You’ll Do:

Manage Purchase Orders: Place, track, and receive inventory accurately and on time.

Warranty & Returns: Process warranty parts, handle vendor returns, and secure credits efficiently.

Vendor Relations: Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate for the best pricing and terms.

Inventory Control: Maintain stock levels, perform regular counts, and ensure accuracy at all times.

Supplier Sourcing: Seek out new vendor options to improve pricing and product availability.

Logistics: Coordinate daily order pickups/deliveries; assist with job site deliveries as needed.

Physical Tasks: Lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly; stay on your feet and active throughout the day.

Technology Use: Utilize Excel and inventory management systems to track orders, parts, and materials.

What We’re Looking For:

HVAC experience preferred (not required but helpful)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset

Tech-savvy and detail-oriented

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening

Willing to work occasional extended hours when needed
