Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Location: Edina, MN (Fully Onsite)

Role Overview

As a creative and technically proficient team member, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the brand's visual impact. You will deliver captivating visual content across various platforms, leveraging both print and digital design expertise. In a deadline-driven environment, your ability to multitask and prioritize effectively will ensure the successful execution of marketing objectives. Your role will support the brand's growth by aligning with and advancing the company's design standards.

Day in the Life

• Design and produce marketing materials like flyers and advertisements.
• Develop digital assets for web, social media, and emails.
• Edit photos, videos, and animations for digital use.
• Organize and manage easy retrieval of digital assets.
• Collaborate with teams to translate marketing objectives into designs.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in print and digital design for B2C industries.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects) and Figma.
• Skilled in video editing; Canva experience is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail for refining work.
