About the Role

The MedSurg Project Manager Magellan Program is a Senior Manager responsible for driving alignment and execution across our Finance Commercial R&D Clinical Quality and Regulatory teams in support of the Magellan Business Transformation program. The Magellan program is a value-driven business transformation evolving all segments of Boston Scientifics global business during the process of implementing SAP S / 4HANA. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless business continuity operational excellence and strong governance throughout the transformation journey.

As a strategic leader and integrator the Project Manager will partner across all Magellan program teams to identify and mitigate business continuity risks within end-to-end business processesbalancing efficiency compliance and control.

Work model sponsorship relocation :

At Boston Scientific we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be at one of our local offices (In Marlbrough MA / Arden Hills or Maple Grove MN / Valencia CA) at least three days per week.

Key Responsibilities

General Project Management

• Responsible for driving execution of cross-functional business initiatives through the Magellan program. This role requires strong coordination communication and leadership across multiple divisions stakeholders and project streams within a highly matrixed organization.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans timelines and resources across workstreams.
• Act as a liaison and influencer helping to resolve differences between stakeholders drive consensus and support problem-solving to remove roadblocks.
• Deliver regular updates and presentations to executive sponsors key stakeholders and project team members summarizing milestones risks and decisions.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly) non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g. any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
