Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their dynamic team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level, you will be an integral part of the production process, supporting various operational activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently following Standard Work procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Perform routine activities related to assembly, molding machine operations, and setup tasks.
• Adhere to all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensuring safety features are functional.
• Remove products from molding or riveting machines and package products accordingly.
• Package finished products into boxes or Gaylords, print labels, and ensure proper labeling.
• Count and inspect finished products, identifying and reporting quality defects.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting housekeeping and maintenance tasks.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support overall production goals.
• Perform operational tasks as directed, ensuring productivity and safety standards are met.
