Cardiovascular Services Product-Equipment Coordinator

Under general direction the Cath Lab - Cardiovascular Services Product Coordinator is an embedded Supply Chain Department employee responsible for tracking products to ensure proper recording and documentation in EPIC for patient records and revenue capture and managing and maintaining appropriate inventories of critical products and equipment used in the department.

Duties and Essential Job Functions :

• Enters patient charges for products into appropriate databases.
• Manages stock and non-stock inventory levels based on approved PARs.
• Manages product expiration dates to prevent loss of inventory and waste.
• Reviews Charge Description Master (CDM) review for appropriate reimbursement.
• Coordinates product conversion processes.
• Coordinates training / competencies related to products.
• Monitors consignment inventory.
• Performs various analysis, including products / usage for standardization purposes and cost analysis; makes recommendations.
• Manages product and equipment storage.
• Supports Supply Chain Operations and stocks other CS PAR locations in other departments as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications :

Pay Range : $55.19 / Hour

The pay range for this position reflects the base pay scale for the role at Alameda Health System. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licenses and certifications, departmental equity, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and the operational needs of the organization.
