WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS:

In this position, you start each day by fielding calls from our valued customers, using your keen detective skills to solve their pest-related mysteries and put their minds at ease. From scheduling services to updating customer files, no task is too daunting for you.

As you work diligently to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and accounts are paid, you can't help but feel a sense of accomplishment knowing you've made a difference in someone's day. THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance
• Ability to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek
• Willingness to work minimal overtime as needed
