RN Oncology Shift/Schedule - Full Time Nights 3/12 hr. shifts 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM. Requirement- Min of 1 yr. Patient Population: Majority of our patients are of medical, and we have a mixture of medical and surgical oncology patients and occasionally administer IV chemotherapy. Patient Ratios: 1:4 Number of Beds: 16 Department Specifics: We are Commission on Cancer recognized hospital and a Sammons Cancer Center, which means that we provide a variety of care for patients that include the availability of Nurse Navigators, Child Life Specialists as well as a fully staffed Supportive and Palliative Care Team. In addition, we strive to get all our nurses' chemotherapy certified within the first 6 months of being an employee.
