TCar Operator

Job Summary

The T-Car Operator is responsible for following all safety rules and practices, reading factory orders, converting schedules and other documents to learn customer requirements. 3rd shift Mon-Fri 11p-7a overtime and weekends as needed. Essential Responsibilities :

• Operation of T-car and conveyors in a safe manner
• Locate stock before the start of run
• Deliver appropriate stock to appropriate machines
• Maintain neat, orderly and safe stacks of stock in storage area
• Pull masters as needed
• Turn in maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs
• Communicate with supervision problems with load building off of corrugator stackers
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping
• Keep conveyor systems and designated areas clean
• Must be forklift certified for loading units onto conveyor system
• Learn relevant local and company requirements, rules and procedures. Strictly follows rules and guidelines and always uses the right procedure for the job. Promptly reports incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions or processes.
