Nurse Practitioner - Peds or NICU

Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Peds or NICU Job ID: 82424 Location: Chico, California Overview: This NP will provide a wide range of healthcare services to infants, children, and adolescents. They perform physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret tests, prescribe medications, and will play a crucial role in preventive care, including well-child exams, developmental screenings, and immunization.

What you must have:

• FNP or PNP in California (New grads considered with Pediatric or NICU experience)
• DEA within 3 months of hire
• NRP and PALS within 6 months of hire

Nice to have:

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Acute care pediatric and or NICU experience
• Experience with intubation and placing emergency umbilical lines
• National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner with a PNP (Pediatric) specialty
