Associate Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to clinical staff and patients. This is a center-based front office position. Schedule :A 40-hour work weekMonday-Friday from 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm, schedule to be determined upon hire. Schedule will be determined by supervisor upon hire.
