As a Cycling Instructor, you’ll help strengthen the cycling program, creating motivating and adaptable workouts for people of all skill levels.

You’ll design high-energy cycling classes, provide expert guidance on form, and help attendees through their exercise while having fun. Whether it's a high-intensity ride or a more endurance-focused session, your enthusiasm and leadership will help elevate each rider's experience.

Additional Responsibilities :

• Plan, organize, and lead recreational programs and activities, including sports, fitness classes, games, and other leisure activities.
• Develop choreography and routines and incorporates music.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of participants by enforcing rules, monitoring activities, and responding to emergencies as necessary.
• Provide instruction and guidance to participants of various skill levels, adapting programs to meet the needs of individuals and groups.
• Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used properly and safely.
• Promote participation in recreational activities through community outreach, marketing, and engagement efforts.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and complete necessary forms related to program attendance, incidents, and other relevant data.
• Foster a positive environment that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal development.
• Collaborate with other staff members, volunteers, and community partners to enhance program offerings and improve service delivery.
• Perform other duties of a similar nature or level.
