Chief Financial Officer – Community Bank Opportunity

A well-established community bank is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. This strategic role partners directly with the President / CEO and Board of Trustees to shape the financial direction of the organization while overseeing key departments including Accounting, Human Resources, IT, and Lending.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead financial strategy, planning, and reporting to ensure long-term profitability and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee budgeting, investments, and asset / liability management.
• Provide leadership across accounting, HR, IT, and lending functions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management and the Board.
• Champion efficiency, fiscal control, and operational excellence across the organization.

What We’re Looking For :

Community Banking experience is required.
