Clinical Recruiter

A company is looking for a Full Time Clinical and Corporate Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

Develop tailored strategic search plans for various clinical and corporate roles

Partner with hiring managers to create role descriptions and identify key skill requirements

Conduct initial candidate screenings and maintain communication throughout the interview process

Required Qualifications

3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in clinical recruiting

Experience with Lever or similar ATS

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

Experience in a startup or high-growth company preferred

Must be authorized to work in the United States
