Position Overview
Reporting to the Imaging Operations Manager, you'll supervise front office and tech support staff across mammography and imaging modalities. Your role includes managing staffing, workflow, performance improvement, hiring, training, and ensuring operational excellence. In the absence of the Imaging Services Manager, you will act as department lead, fostering a professional, collaborative environment that aligns with regulatory and quality standards.
