What You'll Do

As a Garage Door Master Technician/Installer, you'll become a key player on our service team, trusted to perform installations and repairs for both residential and commercial customers. Responsibilities include:

• Install and replace custom garage door systems and components
• Repair residential and commercial doors and openers
• Troubleshoot and program garage door electronics
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
• Install and configure motors for residential and commercial use
• Deliver top-tier customer service
• Operate scissor lifts (training and certification provided)

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who brings energy, integrity, and a team-first attitude. You should be:

• Mechanically inclined with 2+ years in construction, mechanical, or related fields (preferred)
• Comfortable with hand and power tools
• Eager to learn and grow in a skilled trade
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and service-driven
• Able to lift 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation is required

Your Path to Success

• Full-Time Hours: 40+ hours/week, with paid overtime (average 4550 hrs/week)
• Training Pay: $20$25/hour during the 35 month training period
• Post-Training Pay: $50,000$70,000 per year (based on performance and efficiency)
