A company is looking for a Benefits Administrator to manage benefits operations and provide customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage benefits operations for clients and serve as the primary contact for worksite employees
Handle email communications and case management within the CRM system Salesforce
Provide exceptional customer service focused on client needs
Required Qualifications
Associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience (preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration with direct client interaction
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with benefit technology platforms, preferably UKG Ready
Previous experience in PEO / HR Shared Services (preferred)
