Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurate and timely data entry, data audits, reviewing documents for accuracy, and technical letter compliance. You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Convert quote to shipment.
• Data entry of the shipment.
• Open Import Declaration/change files to CUS.
• Track and trace international portion.
• Track terminal/call airline/check CFS.
• Upload all email communications with customer, agent and trucker.
• Assist operations and Team Lead.
• Assist finding trucker alternatives for the Ops Team.

Successful Candidates Must Demonstrate the Following Abilities:

• Must be able to use and operate Cargowise efficiently.
• Effective communication skills with team members, customers, and vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple personnel
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude under a stressful environment
• Must be capable of problem solving
• Must be willing to go above and beyond for the Import and Export departments
• Must have strong Leadership skills
