Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services, is looking for a Sales Representative to help grow our daycare and wellness membership program. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves dogs, and is eager to combine sales, service, and community outreach.

What You’ll Do :

• Drive Enrollment Growth : Convert inbound leads to daycare enrollments through phone outreach, in-person tours, and strong follow-up.
• Cold Call & Connect : Execute outbound call campaigns to re-engage leads, follow up with prospects, and introduce Dogtopia to new pet parents.
• Community Engagement : Represent Dogtopia at local events, networking functions, and guerrilla marketing activities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
• Deliver the Experience : Conduct engaging on-site tours (the “11-stop tour”) during meet & greets and communicate the value of our daycare, boarding, and spa services.
• Collaborate with the Team : Partner with managers and team members to create a high-conversion environment and ensure new customers are onboarded with excitement and confidence.
• Track & Report : Monitor sales metrics, provide updates, and contribute to improvement strategies.
