Key Responsibilities

Set the technical direction for production infrastructure and influence engineering strategy across teams

Architect and scale secure, highly available distributed systems for global financial transactions

Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance reliability, performance, and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Production Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles

Demonstrated ability to architect and operate large-scale distributed systems

Strong software engineering skills with high-quality, maintainable code

Deep expertise with cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, etc.)

Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience; non-traditional backgrounds are valued
