Apartment Maintenance Manager

We are hiring an Apartment Maintenance Manager  for our 600 unit community in the Sacramento CA area Slate Creek Apartments.

Service / Maintenance Managers make our apartment communities a great place to live. We take pride in the appearance and maintenance of our communities and our residents tell us this is one of the most important reasons they choose to call us home.

What We Offer

AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance including :

• Expected pay rate of $80000 - $95000 annually 15% target bonus opportunity. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
• Quarterly Customer Service Satisfaction Bonuses . Service Managers who excel at consistently providing positive resident experiences can earn  up to $1500 per quarter.
• An Apartment Discount Benefit option is available  to live on-site at the community you are working.
