What is the role about?

The National Industry Marketing Manager leads the development of the go-to-market strategy for their industry, collaborating with leaders and specialists to grow the Endress+Hauser brand. This role requires a strong passion for industry advocacy, staying informed on trends, competition, pricing, and product needs while building a network, traveling to key industry locations, and training local teams on an applications-focused approach. The role strengthens the organization's understanding of customer processes while showcasing our unique industry value propositions.

Which tasks will you perform?

• Drive market share growth within the strategic industry by developing and executing a comprehensive industry plan.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders to establish a 3- to 5-year business roadmap, aligning on objectives and implementing annual action plans to achieve defined targets.
• Strengthen relationships with strategic accounts and key industry players, supporting their development and long-term engagement.
• Develop and promote the industry value proposition, ensuring differentiation and competitive positioning.
• Monitor and analyze long-term market trends, including evolving customer needs and regulatory developments, while contributing to the global industry network.
• Provide strategic insights to the organization, translating vision into actionable outcomes that drive business success.

The anticipated pay range for this role is $121,600 to $187,300 per year. Exact compensation may vary depending on the education, skills, and experience each candidate brings to the role.
