About the role :

Providing our clients with exceptional service is the foundation of our business. The Case Administrator partners with Case Managers and Panelists to ensure seamless service to our clients through coordinating case administration and management within the ADR team. The coordinator will provide support to internal and external client as well as perform various administrative, coordination, and program support activities.

What you'll get to do :

• Partners with Case Manager to complete tasks associated with specific cases including document preparation, scheduling, research and communication.
• Provides full-scope administrative and service support for Case Managers, Clients and Panelists.
• Serves as junior member of the case management team, actively shadowing Case Manager and developing Case Manager skillset
• Dynamically intakes client satisfaction and makes recommendations to improve service level and delivery.
