Compensation : $65,000 $120,000 (based on experience, level, location, and shift flexibility)

Domestic Operations Senior Coordinators and Managers for AFTER-HOURS, OVERNIGHT, and WEEKEND coverage.
Important : These are not daytime roles. Please apply only if you have full night weekend availability .

You will manage critical domestic freight movements during late-night, overnight, weekend, and after-hours shifts.
This role requires strong decision-making, consistent communication, and end-to-end shipment ownership in time-sensitive scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute time-critical domestic movements, including air and expedited groundManage NFO / AOG and other high-priority freightCommunicate with carriers and service partners to secure capacity and maintain timelinesRoute, track, and proactively follow up on PODs, exceptions, and service failuresTroubleshoot and resolve issues independently during off-hoursMaintain accurate documentation, updates, and shipment visibilityProvide professional, calm, customer-facing communication under pressureRequirements
3 10 years in domestic freight forwarding / time-critical operationsHands-on knowledge of expedited / NFO / AOG workflowsAbility and willingness to work overnights weekends (required)Strong judgment and the ability to make fast, accurate decisionsClear, professional communication and strong follow-throughDependable, disciplined, and calm in high-urgency situationsIdeal Candidate Profile
