We are seeking a skilled Acme Screw Machine Set up/ Operator to join our team at our facility in Loves Park, IL. The ideal candidate will have experience with Screw Machines, GD&T, and setting up machines for production runs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Acme and Greenlee screw machines
• Perform machine setups for production runs
• Ensure machines are running efficiently and producing high-quality products
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Screw Machine Set up/ Operator
• Knowledge of GD&T and machine setups for production runs
• Ability to work with Acme and Greenlee machine brands
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
