Specialist in Building TIC Teams Across the US

You’ll work closely with the Lab Management team, contributing to high-impact projects that shape the future of wireless device testing and certification.

Key Responsibilities

Perform testing to regulatory standards across a wide variety of RF devices with accuracy and professionalism.

Support the Technical Sales team in validating test standards, generating test plans, and estimating project hours.

Participate in quarterly technical training sessions and continuous professional development.

Manage and oversee internal and external projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and on-time delivery.

Demonstrate familiarity with FCC, ISED, and EU RED / EMC standards, including (but not limited to) FCC Parts 15b, 15c, 15e, 15.247, 22, 24, 27, 90.

Knowledge of industry associations such as GCF, PTCRB, CTIA, Wi‑Fi Alliance, BT SIG, and LoRa Alliance is advantageous.

Qualifications

2+ years of RF testing experience in an ISO 17025 Test Lab or a cellular / mobile OEM environment.

Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and test standards.

Full US Working Rights are a must.

Willingness to work on‑site within Phoenix, Arizona.

Detail‑oriented, analytical, and dedicated to maintaining high testing accuracy.

This role is open to those relocating.
