Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Maintain and manipulate on-air playlists, execute program / commercial / marketing changes, and support live-event and contingency workflows using cutting-edge software like SNELL Morpheus and Amagi.
• Execute seamless program, commercial, and marketing changes and provide support for live events and contingency workflows.
• Take ownership of commercial integration, ensuring flawless rolling of commercial breaks during both taped and live programming.
• Contributing to the team which collectively monitors and maintains 150+ channel streams, ensuring continuous availability and identifying any inconsistencies with keen attention to detail.
• Guarantee the continuity of programming by meticulously confirming the readiness of every piece of material for on-air playout.
• Act as the last line of defense for internal clients and stations, swiftly responding to any on-air discrepancies with situational awareness and quick decision-making skills.
• Protect our airwaves by meticulously simulating the viewer experience, constantly checking for proper audio, video, captioning, and picture quality.
• Collaborate with Operation Supervisors and work as a cohesive team to promptly recover from any on-air discrepancies.
• Act as a mentor and subject matter expert by contributing and supporting on-going 1 : 1 peer-to-peer training.
• Perform all other duties to support the success of the Network Operations Center as assigned by manager and follow company rules and policies

Salary range : $50,000-60,000 (not bonus eligible)
