Position Overview

A healthcare facility in Syracuse is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs / LVNs) to provide care within a Children and Adolescent Psychiatric Unit. This role requires strong behavioral health experience and the ability to work in an inpatient environment. Client name is intentionally omitted for confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to pediatric and adolescent patients within an inpatient psychiatric setting.
• Support therapeutic interventions and behavioral health treatment plans.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, mental health professionals, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Assist in crisis management and ensure a safe care environment.
• Work every other weekend and select holidays as required.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation per unit and facility standards.
