Position Description :

We are seeking a self-driven intern to support our UX Research team. This intern will assist in preparing and conducting user research studies taking notes during sessions and helping analyze and synthesize findings. They will work closely with the UX research team to provide insights that improve user experience and support the design process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the UX research team with preparing user studies and research sessions.
• Take detailed notes during usability tests and interviews.
• Help analyze and synthesize research findings to identify patterns and insights.
• Support documentation and reporting of research outcomes for the design team.
• Apply principles of human-computer interaction and psychology to improve user experience.
• Airtable (database building forms automation).
• Dovetail (tagging insights synthesis repository organization).
• Basic research operations or documentation workflows (templates SOPs intake forms study tracking).
• Handling structured data and helping maintain controlled vocabularies / glossaries.
• Supporting multi-team collaboration (Design Clinical Marketing Compliance).
