CNC Programmer
Job Title : CNC Programmer
Location : Orange County, CA
Compensation : $90k - $150k Annually
Requirements : 5+ years experience CNC Programming and CNC Machining in the Aerospace, Medical Device Manufacturing Industries or similar, , GDT, proficiency in CAM programming with Esprit or Mastercam, CAD experience
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming CNC machines to produce high-quality parts while ensuring precision and efficiency in the manufacturing process. This role is crucial in supporting our operations in the aerospace and medical manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Program 3 and 4 axis CNC mills (ESPRIT preferred), Mastercam
- Support machinists with setups and troubleshooting
- Develop machining strategies from CAD models
- Select tooling and assist with fixture design
- Contribute to job planning, quoting, and process improvement
- Exposure to 5 axis mills, live tooling lathes, or wire EDM preferred
