Production Supervisor

Join our fast-paced manufacturing team as a Production Supervisor! Youll guide a team to meet daily quality and output goals ensuring smooth product flow and effective use of tracking systems. Your role will include hiring training and evaluating assembly staff maintaining safety standards and promoting a culture of continuous improvement through cross-training and team feedback. Youll have opportunities to resolve technical issues support personnel development and collaborate with engineering and management.

In this role you will :

• Manage product flow by utilizing production time tracking systems responding to support requests and coordinating with cross-functional departments to meet quality and production goals.
• Oversee personnel activities for production assembly staff such as hiring training conducting performance evaluations maintaining records providing feedback ensuring productivity and promoting cross-training.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing engineering team to identify and address process gaps resolve team feedback communicate progress and ensure compliance with instructions.
• Ensure team members adhere to safety 5S and other policy standards.
• Allocate employee schedules strategically to efficiently meet production demands while accommodating vacation and time off in line with Zoox policies.

Qualifications

$128000 - $153000 a year

Base Salary

There are three major components to compensation for this position : salary Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. The listed range applies only to the base salary. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling as well as positioning within a level is determined by a range of factors including but not limited to a candidates relevant years of experience domain knowledge and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
