Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of both mobile and fixed-site blood collections, including staffing, scheduling, and process efficiency.
• Lead apheresis services — develop and maintain protocols, monitor performance, and ensure safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with laboratory leadership to align strategies, achieve performance goals, and uphold quality assurance standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for donor services, including FDA, AABB, and state regulations.
• Manage and mentor team members, fostering professional growth, engagement, and high performance.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and optimize donor and patient satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels, collection targets, and cost-control measures to maintain operational excellence.
