We are seeking two licensed Pharmacists for full-time 13+ week contract opportunities at a long-term care facility in Eau Claire, WI. This position offers flexibility for local, travel, temp-to-perm, or direct hire placement. Relocation support is available for the right permanent fit.

Schedule :

First shift, MondayFriday with on-call rotation1 weekend every 4 months (shared among pharmacists)

Responsibilities :

  • Prescription verification and medication review
  • Oversee and support pharmacy technicians
  • Maintain compliance with LTC pharmacy protocols
  • Ensure patient safety and regulatory adherence

Requirements :

  • Active Wisconsin Pharmacist license in good standing
  • Long-term care experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Willingness to consider travel, temp-to-perm, or permanent placement
