About the role :

Hello Heart has a strong mission to make our users healthy and deliver an exceptional customer experience. We have a new opportunity for an Associate Director Client Success within our Client Success team to own public sector clients . You should have prior experience managing clients within l ocal and state government .

With excellent communication skills you will work cross-functionally with our internal customer success business development and sales teams.

Responsibilities :

• Lead Hello Hearts strategic public sector accounts with end-to-end ownership of client lifecycle including but not limited to member adoption account retention and client satisfaction.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to present the Hello Heart value proposition.
• Partner with the growth team for all aspects of customer renewals revenue retention and growth.
• Create and execute all day-to-day operations to support driving revenue and client excellence.
• Develop relationships with customers at the C-Suite level that provide insight into their company goals and strategies.
• Provide an important customer and user voice work with the product team on identifying the ideal user experience and champion new product offerings with your customers.
• Develop strategic customer strategies to support customer growth and retention while presenting client results and identifying opportunities to increase member and client satisfaction.
• Experience working within the ecosystem of public sector clients and an understanding of the many stakeholders and influencers within local state and federal government.

Qualifications :

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $160000.00 to $195000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the annual salary and bonus only and do not include equity or benefits.
