Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and minimum 1+ years Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is needed to support K-12 school nursing services for a full semester contract in California. This role offers an opportunity to provide essential health care to students within a school setting and contribute to their well-being and academic success.

Location : San Luis Obispo, CA (with an assignment in Santa Maria, CA)

Duration : Full Semester Contract, starting ASAP through June 9, 2025

Hours : 32 hours per week, 7 hours per day with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct nursing care to students, including health screenings, medication administration, and first aid
• Manage student health records and ensure pliance with health policies
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to address students health concerns
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate care as needed
• Promote health education and wellness initiatives within the school environment
