Job Description

The Program Manager - Internal Communications will be responsible for managing and executing internal communication strategies to ensure effective dissemination of information across the organization. This role requires a proactive and strategic communicator who can develop and implement communication plans to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies and plans
• Create and distribute regular internal communications, including newsletters, updates, and announcements
• Collaborate with various departments to gather information and ensure accurate and timely communication
• Manage internal communication channels, including intranet, email, and other platforms
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication efforts and make improvements as needed
• Support the development of key messages and communication materials for executive leadership and other stakeholders
