Advanced Assembly, Inc. (AAI), located in University Research Park on the west side of Madison, is looking to add Assemblers to our well-trained and experienced staff. Advanced Assembly, Inc. is an electronics manufacturing services provider of electronic assemblies and products, including the Captioned Telephone (CapTel). Our exceptional reputation has been earned through the years, based on production capability, reliability, and quality.

These full-time positions offer a first shift schedule of Monday - Thursday, 5 : 30 am - 3 : 00 pm & Fridays, 5 : 30 am - 9 : 30 am, a competitive starting wage and a full benefits package. New Employees - Sign-On Bonus : The company is offering a $1,500 sign-on bonus to newly-hired, full-time employees. The bonus will be paid on the first check following successful completion of the employee's 90-day probationary period.

Job Description : The Assembler I performs routine assembly operations, of a repetitive nature, to produce quality products per product specifications. Primarily, this is an entry-level position.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities : (Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time).

• Assembles product and sub-assemblies according to written documentation.
• Tests functional performance of assemblies using various meters and test equipment.
• Moves material to and from work area.
• Minimal soldering of components may be required.
• Utilizes small hand tools, jigs and fixtures.
• Packages product per process instructions.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned by primary supervisor.
