Oversee patient care delivery and unit operations while supporting staff and maintaining compliance with clinical standards. Utilize leadership and charge experience to ensure quality care and efficient workflow.

Experience : Minimum 3 years preferred (will consider candidates with 1–2 years)

Traveler Experience : Not accepting first-time travelers

Additional : Previous charge nurse experience required
