Were looking for a highly experienced and driven BCBA with diverse experience and a passion for training and mentoring who meets the following criteria:

• 3+ years of experience as a BCBA
• Masters degree or higher
• Experience in in-home services, school support, and provider consultation (preferred)
• Comfortable working with individuals of all ages and functioning levels
• Strong leadership skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for learning, mentoring, and training others

This role involves but is not limited to:

• Creating and implementing training programs
• Supporting Senior RBTs in meeting their supervision hours for fieldwork
• Training and mentoring new BCBAs and Assistant Supervisors
• Collaborating with our onboarding team for new hires
• Conducting company-wide ABA trainings every other month
• Managing a supervisory caseload
• Other similar leadership tasks

This is a full-time, in-person position in Kansas City + surrounding areas, with remote capabilities. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as a passion for shaping and developing new BCBAs to maximize our community impact.

In this role, Lead BCBA will manage a caseload 60-75% of the time, providing high-quality supervision to clients, while dedicating 25-40% of your time to leadership, training, and mentoring tasks for our team.
