What You’ll Do

• Run the restaurant during your shift
• Lead and support the crew
• Deliver fast, friendly, accurate service
• Follow food safety and brand standards
• Control labor, food waste, and inventory
• Solve problems and make decisions in real time

You’ll be trained and supported—but you’re in charge when you’re on shift.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a fit if you:

• Are 18 years or older
• Have reliable transportation
• Are dependable and on time
• Can lead a team and give direction
• Can work a flexible schedule (days, evenings, weekends)
• Can stand, move, and lift up to 40 lbs

Experience preferred, not required:

• Restaurant, food service, retail, or customer-facing work
• Any leadership or supervisory experience

Schedule & Expectations

• 30–40 hours per week
• Flexible schedule (mornings, afternoons, evenings/nights)
• Must be comfortable working on your feet
