SEO Executive Job at Arosys Technologies P Limited in Sunnyvale

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven SEO Executive to join our growing SaaS team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing SEO strategies, optimizing our digital presence, and driving organic growth across our website, product pages, and content assets. The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, and keeps up with the latest SEO trends and AI-driven tools to improve search rankings and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end SEO strategies (on-page & off-page) for SaaS Website.
• Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap studies to build targeted SEO roadmaps.
• Optimize website structure, landing pages, blogs, and product pages for maximum search visibility and keyword ranking.
• Implement technical SEO improvements, including site audits, crawlability, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.
• Stay updated with Google’s core algorithm updates and proactively adapt strategies.
• Leverage AI-driven SEO tools to optimize content, analyze keyword performance, and improve overall search rankings.
• Manage link-building strategies, digital PR, and authority-building tactics within the SaaS niche.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.
• Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance using platforms like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Analytics, and other AI/SEO tools.
• Recommend innovative SEO experiments to improve organic rankings and traffic growth.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 2–3 years of hands-on SEO project management experience.
• Prior exposure to SaaS products or tech clients is a strong advantage.
• Deep understanding of search engine core algorithms and ranking factors.
• Strong grasp of latest SEO trends including AI-driven SEO, topical authority, semantic search, and voice search.
• Proficiency in SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, or similar.
• Knowledge of on-page & technical SEO: site audits, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, etc.
• Strong expertise in off-page SEO: backlink strategies, outreach, and digital PR.
• Familiarity with AI tools for SEO (ChatGPT, Perplexity etc.) for ranking analysis and optimization.
• Ability to interpret analytics, create data-driven strategies, and present insights.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
